In order to build an effective social media strategy, I decided to begin the process by doing a one-time, detailed social media analysis for Serrano the Nature Resort to see if there were any constraints or hurdles affecting its social growth. Insights from the reports became the foundation of my strategy whilst focusing the spotlight on areas that could use improvement and aspects that called for a precise social media marketing process.
I liaised closely with Ms. Kajol a staff member of Serrano the Nature Resort to make sure that she was informed about any problem (if any) or hurlde that I might come across in mind to build up a stellar social media position for their brand. I also conducted in-depth industry and competitor research to create a scientifically-driven social media strategy.
I applied a very simple yet brand-specific approach to get Serrano the Nature Resort to reach its target audience. The method involved educating and creating awareness amongst the common mass informing them about Serrano the Nature Resort’s upcoming offer for new years eve and how they could spend some good time with their family and loved ones.
