Client's Brief

Dimple has been on a mission to maintain the rich foliage and the huge tract of forest cover at Serrano Nature Resort in Male-Mulshi. In the last two years alone, over one lac trees have been planted in this forest land through various tree plantation drives.

A slew of outdoor activities have been introduced at this site to encourage citizens to explore the great outdoors, experience a sense of adventure, stay fit and get up-close with nature, all of it in a short weekend

Expectation

I was approached by Serrano the Nature Resort​ to enhance its social media reach. As one of the leading names in the hospitality industry, Serrano the Nature Resort​ wanted to leverage its strong market position to raise its Social media visibility, organic traffic, brand awareness and leads

Approach

In order to build an effective social media strategy, I decided to begin the process by doing a one-time, detailed social media analysis for Serrano the Nature Resort​​​ to see if there were any constraints or hurdles affecting its social growth. Insights from the reports became the foundation of my strategy whilst focusing the spotlight on areas that could use improvement and aspects that called for a precise social media marketing process.

I liaised closely with Ms. Kajol a staff member of Serrano the Nature Resort​ to make sure that she was informed about any problem (if any) or hurlde that I might come across in mind to build up a stellar social media position for their brand. I also conducted in-depth industry and competitor research to create a scientifically-driven social media strategy.

I applied a very simple yet brand-specific approach to get Serrano the Nature Resort​​​ to reach its target audience. The method involved educating and creating awareness amongst the common mass informing them about Serrano the Nature Resort​’s upcoming offer for new years eve and how they could spend some good time with their family and loved ones.

Outcome

I ran 1 lead generation ads for Serrano the Nature Resort and in a week and was able to get 275 leads in a week. The social media campaign led to a massive increase in Organic Traffic on social media with a considerable amount of rise in sessions.
